Wilton Shamrock Pan Review

(More customer reviews)This is a fun shaped pan and extremely easy to clean by hand. I do not put it in the dishwasher as it would darken. Keep in mind it is very lightweight aluminum but thus far seems to evenly distribute heat. When I ordered it I thought it was a 4 leaf, but the bottom protrusion is a stem. I think it is a decent price for an inexpensive novelty cake pan.

(More customer reviews)It's very hard to get yeast breads to rise when you cook gluten free and when they do rise, they will fall in traditional bread pans. This little pan is extra high and supports the dough as it rises so the bread doesn't fall. It makes a very nice slice of bread that can be halved for a small sandwich. The anodized aluminum also makes for a very nicely browned loaf.
I have these pans in the 4X4, 6X6, and 8X8 sizes. They are all great for yeast breads, sweet breads and cakes. And baked goods don't stick to them easily. I love them.

Farberware Insulated Pizza Pan and Cookie Sheet Baking Set Review

(More customer reviews)I finally found a great cookie sheet! The cookies slide right off the cookie sheet. You actually have to be careful not to tip them off the sheet. No sticking at all. Be sure to face the tip of the sheet towards the oven opening in order to get them out of the oven safely. The other amazing thing is the cleanup. Just a little soap and water. No scraping. It is necessary to bake a little longer than your recipe calls for, but there is no burning cookies on these sheets. My sister-in-law has Rema cookie sheets which I just love but hadn't been able to find. These are just as good. I tried several other brands (Wearever was one) and ended up returning them. They stuck terribly. I have the very large 20" ,Farberware 52152 Insulated Bakeware 15-1/2-by-20-Inch Jumbo Cookie Sheet The size is perfect. It fits the entire shelf of my oven. I also have the two-piece set with the smaller cookie sheet and pizza crisper. Farberware Insulated Bakeware Value Pack The pizza crisper does a really nice job on frozen pizzas. No soggy crust. I reheated part of a pizza on it, and some cheese baked on. It rinsed off with hot water and no scraping. Farberware has done a great job again!

Wilton White Ruffle Standard Cups, 24 Count Review

I'm not someone who likes to go around advertising corporations, and I especially don't like to pay for the privilege! If you are looking for an all white cupcake wrapper, don't buy this one!

Joie de Vivre 50162 Mini Fry Egg Pan with Nonstick Surface Review

(More customer reviews)I would have never bought this pan if I had seen the reviews here, but I bought it on an impulse at a cookware outlet and I'm so glad I did! My pan doesn't have any of the problems (hot handle, peeling nonstick) that the other reviewers here have experienced. I suspect that since those earlier reviews the pan has been redesigned by the manufacturer.
Whatever the reason, I absolutely love it! It's the only pan I've ever found that is the perfect size (4") for english muffins and orowheat sandwich thins. Honestly, I'm a rather practical person, so I generally don't buy things with little characters on them, but this pan has ended up being the most-used pan in my kitchen. It's perfect for making scrambled egg sandwiches, so I use it several times a week.
If the handle starts heating up or the nonstick peels off, I'll update this review, but in over six months of weekly use, it's performed like a little champ! And, over time, the cartoon egg on the handle has grown on me, it seems kind of shocked or amazed... perhaps because it has to watch me cook an egg!
BTW-The secret to light, fluffy scrambled eggs is to use a low heat and stir constantly. It takes a little longer, but it is so worth it.

The title I've listed, the Product Features, and Product Description really says quite a bit. I've used this several times now for ladling soups, steel cut oats, beans, quinoa, farro, and it works wonderfully every time; fits into small bowls, and storage containers via the square/diamond-orientated design that makes pouring from left, right, or front convenient, practical, and simple.
I put the Kuchenprofi Classic Square Professional Ladle in the same class as the All-Clad Stainless Mixing Bowl Set, and Rosle Conical Colander, all of which are highly polished, beautiful 18/10 stainless steel to last a lifetime, and probably longer! I hang mine in the kitchen along with the Rosle Conical Colander, both of which come in handy quite often, and they look really nice, as well. 18/10 Stainless Steel is high quality, durable, food grade, non-leaching, corrosion resistant, and a safe metal alloy especially, when preparing, and handling cooked or heated food.

This little warming rack has given me perfect results with products ranging from frozen hot dog buns to left over pizza (after a quick heating in the micro to remelt the cheese, the warming rack took the sogginess out of the crust).
