(More customer reviews)I am surprised by the other reviews. We found this at our local grocery store and we were pleasantly surprised by the price which was way cheaper than most gluten free foods. My two boys and I made the coffee cake recipe on the back of the box and we really liked it. It had great texture and was just like "normal" coffee cake. I am going to put this on my "subscribe and save" list and make the coffee cake a regular weekend treat.
