(More customer reviews)This product is a dried whole whey powder. It is excellent for adding a "milky" flavor to mixes or baked goods. The product is essentially fat and gluten free, and dissolves immediately in liquids. However, this product contains lactose, lots of it, and if you are lactose intolerant this product may not be for you. For those of us who enjoy dairy products, whey is a wonderful flavoring agent and contributes a lot of protein to mixes.
