(More customer reviews)KittAmore is a part of a Japanese company called "Daikin" and this 12 cup muffin tin is pretty good for the price. It is a lightweight muffin tin, tho is made of .5 mm carbon steel, then coated TWICE with "Silkware Exceed" non stick, inside and out. So, with the correct care, the muffin tin should last indefinately. Non stick coatings require that you use no high heat, do not heat the pan dry, and don't use food release spray, like PAM! (NO non stick surface can survive these three things: high heat, heating a dry (empty) pan, or using non stick sprays!) Oil the tin lightly, or use paper cups. Hand washing with a non scratch scrubber is also recommended. In the oven the tin gets very HOT, so don't use higher than 350 degrees. Overall, a great muffin tin that, treated with respect, should last many years. For $8.99, that ain't bad!
