Ordinary muffin tins I have purchased looked so grungy after so little time that I finally decided to spend the extra money on a Professional Non-Stick. I am so pleased with the quality of this pan. It bakes beautifully, the muffins slip right out of the pan even when I don't use grease or spray, and it cleans up like a dream!
