(More customer reviews)I had mine for 4 months before it quit opening cans, period. I am waiting to hear back from pyrex on this issue because on their site it says it has a 2yr warranty. I was pretty upset when it stopped working I have never spent that much on a can open in my life. I figured I was spending more it would last longer. If it was still working I would have given it a 10/5 thats how much I loved this can opener. So easy to use! Instead of cutting the can it breaks the seal so no sharp edges. Piece of mind when you have little ones in the house. Also there is no cutting blade so one less thing to worry about.
Update: Pyrex is sending me out a replacement. Gotta love a company that stands behind their product!
