(More customer reviews)I run a small baking/cupcake business and have tried many different cupcake (muffin) pans over the years. I didn't really think that there was much of a difference between pans, until I tried this one. My cupcakes come out with a perfect dome on top, the sides never stick, and they are always perfectly cooked from top to bottom. I definetly recommend spending the extra money and gettin a quality cupcake pan like this one! I do wash it in the dishwasher, and have not had any problems thus far.
