(More customer reviews)I was disappointed with the quality of this pan. The metal is fairly lightweight, not the chinziest metal I've seen, but only a notch above, and a far cry from professional weight stainless. However, there are no sharp edges or roughness.
Because it is not a high quality polished stainless, it isn't the easiest to clean. Also there are lots of seam areas that are hard to clean. That said, I am using this muffin pan because I don't want to use any non-stick products in my home.
