(More customer reviews)When you're doing your silicon muffin pan research, please be advised that you want one that's 100% silicon. The ones that are not advertised as such likely use a cheaper plastic with the silicon, which will likely stink when you go to bake. At least that's what I learned when I did my own homework.
Anyways, this particular pan is great. I've made over sixty muffins with it so far and it continues to kick butt. I recommend you put a metal tray under the pan so it doesn't flex when you put it in and pull it out of the oven. You don't have to do this. In fact, I usually don't. This pan doesn't stink up the house in the oven and it's really easy to extract the muffins from the pan. Great product!
