(More customer reviews)As an ex-pastry chef turned father of twins I used these daily in our restaurant and now they still make the most evenly baked muffins for our boys. Just brush each cup lightly with fat, and set a timer for one minute when you take them out of the oven...I have never had one stick yet...I'm sure these will still be in use when I am baking for our grandkids, and someone will probably use them generations after that.
