(More customer reviews)I am not a fan of "diet foods" so I was skeptical about this product but after looking at the impressive nutritional stats, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did, they make breakfast something to look forward to and make a nice snack as well. I am a type II diabetic and control my blood sugar through diet and exercise alone keeping my carbs low in order to do this. A regular muffin spikes my blood sugar and leaves me hungry. These muffins contain a reasonable amount of carbs and a healthy dose of fiber and protein to help sustain you until your next meal. If you are a Weight Watcher, you know that it is rare to find a one point food that is both filling and enjoyable.
I've tried cranbran, double chocolate, and sugar-free banana nut and like them all. In truth the banana nut is a little dry but still enjoyable. If you compare these to bakery muffins, you'll be disappointed but then you must consider that a bakery muffin can have 700 calories and 25 grams or more of fat. If you compare vitamuffins to other healthy bake goods, they are superb. I highly recommend this product and encourage you to try it.

(More customer reviews)My mom buys these. They are moist and delicious. My son and husband's favorite is chocolate chocolate chip. It's a chocolate muffin with chocolate chips in them, which puts the men in my life in chocolate heaven.
I like banana nut. It's full of banana flavor. Yep, that's banana all right. I don't think they could squeeze more banana flavor in it if they tried. They could use more nuts. Most of them are sprinkled on top. Otherwise, I think they are fantastic.
Blueberry is very good, also. It's just not as good as banana nut and chocolate chocolate chip.
These muffins make a great snack, but are also full of calories, so I don't eat them except as a treat.
ALLERGY INFORMATION:
Chocolate chocolate chip muffins contain wheat, soybeans, eggs and milk.
Blueberry muffins contain wheat, soybeans and eggs.
Banana nut muffins contains wheat, eggs and walnuts.

(More customer reviews)I purchased two packages of these from a local baking supply shop because they were so pretty I couldn't pass them up. I baked my cupcakes and stored them overnight. The next morning I was horrified to see that about one third of the baking cups had begun to peel away from the cakes. (I had baked 60 cupcakes!) They looked awful and I had to bake more cupcakes in regular white cups so I would have enough for the client. These cups are advertised as "non-stick." Well, they certainly are non-stick. They didn't even stick to the cupcakes long enough for me to decorate them! I will never buy this brand again. They are too expensive anyway.

Lekue Silicone 6-Cup Cannele Pan Review

(More customer reviews)The dimensions of each cup are similar to a jumbo muffin size so it is not as deep as I thought. Because it is slightly translucent, the blue is not as obnoxious as I expected. I have tried it out with a steamed bread recipe that worked fine. No problem popping out. As for floppiness, I used a rack that only held up the middle part but the sides didn not flop badly at all.
This is a fluted jumbo muffin cup. It is cheaper than the Siliconezone version so I recommend this even though it is only available in blue.
Is this frugal? no but the larger size is good for steamed buns with the fluted sides interesting
Would I have purchased this used at a cheaper price off of craigslist? no
Did I shop around for the best total price including the manufacturer's website? yes and so should you

I'm not too fond of putting things together, not even simple things, so the stand took a little getting used to, but as part of the package, it all came together nicely. It's all there for you. All you need is the batter, the oven, and you're set, with your "all in one," easy to use, easy to tote, and easy to store, durable set from Wilton. I prefer to call it "all in one," because everything you need is there. Oh, and the cupcakes look beautiful on that stand! I'd originally seen the set-up at someone's picnic, as a centerpiece on a table, and it looked fantastic! So, when I found it on Amazon as a set, and an excellent price, I knew I wanted it.

(More customer reviews)I used my new Kitchenaid 9" round cake pans today and they work great!! I lightly sprayed them with Pam cooking spray that contained flour. They bake beautifully without any attempt to stick. I placed the silicone pans directly on the oven cooking rack without the use of a baking sheet. They sat perfectly level on the oven rack. Taking them out of the oven is a breeze. The cake pans cool quickly and were easy to handle. They have a wide brim that allows you to hold the pans securely. I love these pans! I have ordered the Heart shaped and Square pans. Get these pans while they are cheap in price. You can not go wrong. Use Pam spray and your cakes will pop out like mine without any trouble. Also, these pans will interlock inside one another for easy storage.

I ended up using other princess rings as the cupcake toppers b/c i figured they would be more fun as the girls could wear them. I still kept these picks and know i'll be able to use them too.

(More customer reviews)If you have a preschooler, this would be the perfect breakfast/snack/dessert-making option for your family. If you have older kids or you're a kid at heart, you're going to go hungry.
In my case, I'm an adult Disney fan who has been searching for a Mickey waffle maker not unlike those used at the theme parks for a long time. When I was pointed to this product, I was beside myself with excitement for not only does it contain the visage of Mickey, but the rest of the Fab 5 as well. From the product image and description, I thought that the molds were in miniature but still large enough for a filling meal.
Much to my surprise, upon obtaining the box (much smaller than expected) and opening the iron, the molds are *super* small. No bigger than about a chicken nugget or a semi-large meatball. I decided to test it out and used the smallest batch recipe for waffles. The instructions that come with the iron aren't impressive but easy to read and it DOES give you cooking times for specific types of food (you can use just about any batter that pours with the iron). To make 6 waffles takes 4 minutes. To make enough to fill an adult or two took me close to 30 minutes in order to use up all the batter.
If I had a young child who doesn't eat much, this is an adorable treat. I think I'll use it more for bite-sized desserts, though perhaps just for special occasions since it's a lot of work. Easy, but time consuming. It comes with a scoop to making pouring batter easier, a brush to assist in cleaning, and the iron itself is easy to clean and well-made.
However, I'm still going to keep an eye out for a full-sized Mickey waffle maker. Had I known the molds were this small, I would have passed.

(More customer reviews)I credit myself to being a great baker and consumer. When I saw these cupcake liners I was foolishly swayed by their colorful presentation and overpaid for a cupcake liner. I was further foolishly swayed by their claim of "No Muffin Pan REQUIRED" which I knew must be impossible so why did I buy them? And why did I decide to use them without a muffin pan, at midnight, the night before my son's 18th birthday, to make his favorite cupcakes? The cupcakes came out square shaped except for the ones that caved the liner and ended up all over the cookie sheet like flat pancakes! What a total waste of time and money. I will use up the remaining liners IN A MUFFIN PAN and never buy this brand again.

Wilton Bite Size Gingerbread 9 Cavity Review

I used original flavor non stick spray before I put the mix in and was able to pull the baked results out easily with a mere knife nudge. I made gingerbread cookie/cakes and chocolate chip cookies as well. The results were just as good with both, so it holds up well with multiple mixes. I let my items cool before applying the frosted faces and buttons, which set very nicely for a safe and tasty Christmas travel! I was very pleased, and so was everyone else!
