(More customer reviews)I bought these pans in late 2009 and have used them several times now. They do a great job of making crispy taco salad shells.
By experience, I do not coat them with cooking spray as that will eventually gunk up nonstick pans. I just heat the tortilla shells in the microwave about 20 seconds or so to soften them, then press them inside each pan and bake them on a cookie sheet. They stay in place well.
