(More customer reviews)I bought this because when I make cupcakes and muffins I drip batter all over the pans, and have a hard time getting the amounts even. I'm happy to say that it works fairly well for muffin and cupcake batter. However, there are some problems that would make me think twice about buying this again.
Pros:
-Dispenses even amounts of batter
-Small blueberries fit through dispenser
-Is dishwasher safe
Cons:
-Thinner batters (like for pancakes) leak out of the bottom
-Regular sized chocolate chips do not fit through opening and completely clog the dispenser
-Can be very difficult to unscrew the top
-Can be difficult to scrape thick batters into the cylinder without making a mess
-Can be difficult to put back together without forcing batter out of the bottom
-Air pockets in the batter can cause a few cupcakes or muffins to be smaller than the rest
