(More customer reviews)I was happy to see that the cupcakes baked up golden and beautiful. They were moist and had a nice texture. Very very close to the non-gluten free kind. What I wasn't happy about was the overwhelming flavor of nutmeg. If KAF tweaks this recipe and reduces the nutmeg, they'll have a star winner!
