(More customer reviews)I've tried a few gluten free cake mixes and most weren't that great. They were too dense, or they were only good for an hour or so while they were fresh, but this cake mix is wonderful. The cupcakes I made were tasty, light and fluffy, and they stayed good for days. This is just as good as any gluten-ized cake mix. My friends couldn't even tell the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to find a tasty GF cake.
