(More customer reviews)I bought this along with several other GF items this week. All my baking went well until I read the back lable on this new Barry Farms "Gluten-Free" Dough Enhancer. It contains soy. I am allergic to soy. Will give this to a friend of mine who has Celiacs Disease. I wish they would have put the entire ingredients up on this site. That is very important to ppl who have allergies and for those who are shopping on Amazon for special needs products--like myself. Again... please post all ingredients so that your patrons can make more intelligent choices of your products. I'm sure the dough enhancer will be perfect for my friend, she loves to bake too. Unfortunately for me, I'm out the "dough"!
