(More customer reviews)i bought this just to have something to make healthy crustless mini quiches in because we've been eating a lot healthier at home. the first batch i made i forgot to use a spray or to grease the pan. no problem! after giving it a bit to cool, i flipped it on to my cooling rack, and the quiches fell right out! it also cleans up super easy. between batches, all i really had to do was wipe it down. i've so far made 5 batches, and all have been great.
