(More customer reviews)I purchased the petite popover pan.The pan is well made and I made excellent popovers in it. I used a recipe that used bread flour because it rises higher. Also, I did not preheat the pan before pouring in the batter, because it causes the bottom of the popovers to overcook and distort. It is important to follow directions for oven temp.
