(More customer reviews)I mash up a banana with this, add some walnuts, olive oil and cinnamon and a dash of cloves to make muffins. As a diabetic, I can't deal with processed flour or even whole wheat flours. As this is 100% beans, it has nutritional profile of beans not flour, so I have no problems at all. I don't use any salt. If you wanted you could use salt, but you don't need to use any. I haven't used it for anything else yet.
