(More customer reviews)My first time trying this brand, and I really liked the texture, unlike some other mixes and gf baking mixes I have tried in the past. I served it as strawberry shortcake, and my husband told me it was great, he couldn't tell the difference (he's not gluten free, and has turned his nose up at some of the other baked goods I've tried).
