(More customer reviews)I wanted to try this for the convenience factor. The flavor is very nice. It also doesn't add more liquid to a recipe, so it's great in sauces. I have so far only used it in mashed potatoes and potato salad. I think I will really start cooking with in in fall and winter when my cold weather standbys start appearing.
