(More customer reviews)Both the pan and the recipe that came with it are awesome. Certainly cheered up a family event. I wish I had bought two though - perhaps the second a different shape, so that the other could be baking while the first one is standing before turning out. My oven is not quite accurate with temperature so if your oven is the same it might take a little experimentation to get the optimum temperature as the cakelettes continue to a cook a little in the retained heat of the pan. Came out really easily despite my reservations. And bonus, the cakelettes can easily be served without frosting as they look and taste just great on their own - great when you are looking to cut down on refined sugars.
