(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these pans, and they work fine. The non-stick surface is high quality and the muffin tops come out great. HOWEVER, I found that my recipe made 24 muffin tops and two pans hold only 12, so I tried just blobbing the muffin batter onto a plain old fashioned cookie sheet and it worked BETTER! The muffin tops are easier to remove from the cookie sheet because there are no indentations to deal with. So if you are thinking of investing in muffin top pans, first try a cookie sheet. Some batter is so thick that I flatten it slightly before baking, other spreads out more, so it is trial and error until you get the hang of it.
