(More customer reviews)I called the company (unfortunately after I had already purchased this item), and the 12 cup muffin pan is made of tin not stainless steel. Drat. If you are looking for a healthier alternative to nonstick (and tin), I suggest a stoneware muffin pan. Pampered Chef is the only company that I know of who makes one. Check their website for a more fair price than the one listed on this website. ;)
