(More customer reviews)I ordered this and got the fluted one. I called the customer service asking for the straight muffin cup(the one on the picture) since it was the one I needed and is the reason I wanted to buy this. They did reorder it for me with no charge but to my dismay I still received the fluted one. I did research for the orka straight muffin cup and found it on the orka website, now I wonder why amazon keep sending me the wrong one
