(More customer reviews)I ordered this sheet pan after seeing a review on Cook's Illustrated. While I already have two sheet pans from a different manufacturer, I can tell that I'm going to like this one better. Update: I've now had the sheet pan for over a month and it still has not shown any discoloration. I also purchased the rack that was recommended, and the two items together work wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this sheet pan over others.
